Shipping & REturns
How long will it take for my item to ship?
I do my best to complete orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 10 working days for items to be made prior to shipping. If your order is time sensitive, please contact me in advance so we can discuss current production times.
Product descriptions will list if an item is “In Stock” already. If that’s the case, your piece will ship within 2 business days.
What shipping services do you use?
US parcels are sent via USPS Priority mail. Typically they arrive within 1-3 business days. US orders ship for free. We now also ship Worldwide using USPS International Priority Service. This is a flat rate of $20 and takes 6-10 business days.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Atelier & Stone purchases! We accept returns within 30 days of the ship date on all regular collection items, excluding custom orders. To return an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURN in the subject line with a brief explanation of the reason for return in the body of the email.

Do you do repairs?
I only work on pieces which I’ve made. Please reach out if anything happens to your Atelier & Stone piece so we can discuss having it repaired.
